　　In order to further strengthen the protection and management of forest resources, strictly implement the annual forest cutting quota, and ensure the steady growth of forest resources, according to the requirements of the Notice of the State Council Municipality on Approving the Examination Opinions of the National Forest Cutting Quota during the Twelfth Five-Year Plan (Guo Fa [2011] No.3), we hereby put forward the following opinions on doing a good job in the management of the annual forest cutting quota during the Twelfth Five-Year Plan period in this Municipality.

　　First, strictly implement the annual forest cutting quota

　　With the approval of the State Council, the annual forest cutting quota of this city during the Twelfth Five-Year Plan period is 400,000 cubic meters, which will be broken down according to the quota units. During the Twelfth Five-Year Plan period in this Municipality, the annual forest cutting quota and the sub-quota are the maximum amount of annual forest harvesting with a DBH of more than 5 cm.
