In the future community that focuses on "one old, one small and one weak", a series of common and individual problems in old communities have been solved, and the beautiful life that residents yearn for is coming.

"Jingfang’s future community has regional characteristics, and it is currently reshaping the scene, focusing on building five major scenes, including neighborhood, governance and education." According to the relevant person in charge of Kaixuan Street, with the growth of age, many Jingfang people who have worked hard for urban development and construction are no longer young, and their grandchildren are still young. In Jingfang Community, the phenomenon of "one old and one small" is more obvious.
The space of the old community is limited. Where does the space of the five major scenes come from?
Before the project was launched, Jingfang Future Community Project Class widely mobilized street cadres and social workers in the jurisdiction, conducted household surveys, and finally decided to achieve five scenarios that meet the needs of the masses through the remodeling of space resources in four communities, relying on the "Neighborhood Deliberation Workshop" consultation platform and community monitoring liaison station.
In May, the west gate of Jingxin Community and the "Happy Neighborhood Square" were in full swing for site renovation. "The street transformed the Jingxin community green space into a neighborhood center with a total construction area of 2,327 square meters through the community joint review meeting." According to the relevant person in charge of Kaixuan Street, residents in the future can enjoy the roof garden, shared farm garden, neighborhood meeting room, city study, growth station, dance room, gym and other scenes.
"The 1,500-square-meter house for rent will be converted into a’ one old and one small’ service space, and the original Jingxin Painting and Calligraphy Institute and the day care center will also be equipped with intelligent and aging-resistant equipment." According to the relevant person in charge of Kaixuan Street, in order to meet the living and learning needs of "one old and one small" in the jurisdiction, in the service scene of "one old and one small" in Jingfang’s future community, not only will the Kaileju Pension Complex, which integrates the smart pension information center, the home pension service base and the quality pension experience center, be built, but also resources such as medical institutions, pension institutions and social organizations will be fully linked to open up the "last mile" of the elderly rehabilitation service.
In addition, in terms of paying attention to "one small", Jingfang’s future community planning will set up public learning interactive spaces for all ages in neighborhood centers, neighborhood squares, neighborhood stations and community pocket parks.
At the same time, we will cooperate with Kaixuan Education Group and Jingfang Campus of Shangcheng Community College to build an online and offline learning and exchange platform for teenagers linked by home, school, government and society, and provide extracurricular activities such as extracurricular practice, scientific and technological experience and quality development.

In addition to the scene under construction, residents of Jingfang community have a new place these days, named "Hangzhou Jingfang Cultural Travel Service Center", which is the first scene of Hangzhou Digital Wisdom Cultural Travel Service of Hangzhou Wenguang Tourism Bureau to help common prosperity.
Walking into the hall, all kinds of cultural tourism videos come into view, so residents can intuitively understand the cultural tourism resources around the country, and can also directly buy all kinds of intangible works, cultural and creative products, agricultural special products and so on on on the cabinets. According to the relevant person in charge of Kaixuan Street, taking the "15-minute life circle" as an example, the scene has achieved the integration of surrounding attractions, museums, cinemas and other service points by excavating and integrating the service resources around Jingfang’s future community, and residents can make inquiries through positioning, and get close to cultural experience and travel.
In the "one-click group tour" section, the service center has successfully teamed up with Tonglu Future Village Shensuo to customize the future rural and future community tourism route products, providing the parent-child route of "culture+tourism" and the Song Yun boutique research route of "going to the new city". Residents can sign up for the group online to meet the Zhou Bianyou needs of residents in the jurisdiction.
"At present, a number of cultural scenes have been put on the agenda, and it is expected that they will all be put into use in September this year." Recently, Kaixuan Street organized a symposium on the future community construction. During the meeting, a group of "special" residents put forward many good strategies for transformation. "We are teachers of Jingxin Painting and Calligraphy Institute and hope to integrate culture into future community construction." Xu Jin, president of Jingxin Painting and Calligraphy Institute, said that Jingxin Painting and Calligraphy Institute was established in 1997, and has lived together for more than 20 years. The role of the painting and calligraphy institute is not only reflected in improving the cultural literacy of residents, but also that every member is an important member of promoting community development.
"I heard that Jingfang Community and Jingxin Community are working together to build a future community. We have also set up a team of cultural volunteers to make suggestions on the design scheme, cultural carrier and construction management of the community with their specialties and advantages." Xu Jin said that at present, the painting and calligraphy institute is using various forms such as painting, calligraphy and seal cutting to integrate cultural elements into future community construction, adding cultural atmosphere to the transformation of old communities and future community construction.
"It is worth mentioning that in the epidemic prevention and anti-epidemic work, the teachers of the Painting and Calligraphy Institute are also important volunteers of the Party and the masses. Some time ago, an exhibition of clean and honest paintings was held in the neighborhood center, which attracted a large number of residents to stop and watch." The relevant person in charge of Kaixuan Street said that in order to allow more residents to join the team of building the future community, the street "Kaiyihui" social organization service center also played a platform advantage and attracted more social organizations to participate.
This year, Kaixuan Street also established the Jingfang United Community Comprehensive Party Committee, and the middle-level cadres of Kaixuan Street also served as the secretary of the United Community Comprehensive Party Committee. Since the establishment of Jingfang United Community Comprehensive Party Committee, it has not only carried out five major actions with the theme of "five colors" of red, orange, yellow, green and blue (namely, red cultural home, orange convenience service, yellow love and mutual assistance, green and beautiful home, and blue peace protection), but also sorted out the list of "micro-governance" in the community, built a happy neighborhood post station in the community grid, and carried out public relations and consultations regularly.
At present, the "1+3+X" grass-roots democratic consultation model (that is, a platform for deliberation and consultation, a "troika" of owners, property and industry committees, and X small things about people’s livelihood) is exploring the establishment of an integrated development mechanism for community work and property management.
