Different edible vegetable oils "have their own advantages" for World Food Day.
Peanut oil:
It is high-quality cooking oil and frying oil, easy to be digested and absorbed by human body, and contains more than 80% unsaturated fatty acids. Eating peanut oil regularly can protect the blood vessel wall, prevent thrombosis, and help prevent arteriosclerosis and coronary heart disease.
Rapeseed oil:
The human body can digest and absorb rapeseed oil up to 99%. Rapeseed oil has a certain effect of softening blood vessels, and the cholesterol content is low, so people who have requirements for cholesterol intake can safely eat it. But its erucic acid content is high, and patients with coronary heart disease and hypertension should eat less.
Soybean oil:
As one of the most commonly used edible oils, it contains a lot of linoleic acid and abundant.
Rich lecithin is good for human health.
Sunflower seed oil:
Sunflower seed oil is rich in linoleic acid and other essential unsaturated fatty acids, which can reduce the deposition of cholesterol in blood vessels. The content of a- tocopherol in sunflower seed oil is higher than that in common edible oil, which is a kind of high-quality edible oil beneficial to human health.
Corn oil:
The unsaturated fatty acid content of corn oil is as high as 80%~85%, and it is rich in vitamins A, D and E. Long-term consumption is beneficial to diseases such as hypertension, hyperlipidemia and diabetes.
Blending oil:
Blended oil refers to edible oil made from more than two kinds of vegetable oils. The fatty acid content of blended oil is more balanced than that of single edible oil, which embodies the concept of food diversity and nutritional balance.
