Today’s Yongzhou News (correspondent Deng Kun Huang Qi)On the afternoon of January 30th, the Emergency Management Bureau of Jindong Management District organized a centralized certification and safety education and training meeting for fireworks and firecrackers retail license in 2024.

At the meeting, all business households were organized to study the Regulations on the Safety Management of Fireworks and Firecrackers, the Measures for the Implementation of Fireworks and Firecrackers’ Business License and related laws and regulations, and gave on-site lectures on the physical characteristics of fireworks and firecrackers, common sense of safe production and operation, accident prevention and emergency rescue.

The training meeting put forward three requirements for the managers of fireworks and firecrackers. First, we should strengthen the study of fireworks and firecrackers related laws and regulations, conduct standardized management in strict accordance with the requirements of relevant departments, take the initiative to receive safety knowledge training, and raise awareness of safety precautions. Second, it is necessary to standardize the operation, purchase goods through formal channels, prohibit the use of express delivery of fireworks and firecrackers, equip stores with sufficient fire extinguishers with good performance, conduct regular inspection and registration, standardize the import and export ledger, and resolutely put an end to excessive and overdue storage and other illegal acts. Third, we should consciously accept the supervision and inspection of various regulatory authorities, and Qi Xin should work together to investigate and control potential safety hazards and actively and effectively eliminate potential risks.

In the next step, Jindong will continue to strengthen the daily safety supervision, take the work responsibility in mind, grasp it in hand, carry out the work of "cracking down on illegal activities" in the field of fireworks and firecrackers, put an end to illegal production, operation, storage and transportation, maintain the normal market order of fireworks and firecrackers, and ensure the safe and orderly retail operation of fireworks and firecrackers in the whole region.
