What does the summer training class teach? One child has multiple classes, and some places have to be robbed.

Cctv news(Reporter Di Chenchen Ren Jia) Some people say that this is an era of parents’ collective anxiety. Where does this ubiquitous anxiety come from? It’s summer, and the "rush to report classes" is at its peak. Whether it’s "overtaking in corners" or "winning at the starting line", is this education really worth it?

"How many classes did you sign up for this holiday?"

Xiaoyu, who lives in Tongzhou District, took her children by one bus stop and two subways, and finally arrived at the training class. Outside the classroom, a hunchbacked grandmother tried to look in on the window sill of the classroom, and the back of her clothes was all wet. This is an English natural spelling class that Xiao Yu reported to her children, which costs more than 2,000 yuan. In addition, she also reported her children to a preschool class, which costs nearly 3,000 yuan. She mainly studies Chinese Pinyin and mathematics addition and subtraction within 20. Xiao Yu does all these to prepare her children for school.

"After school, other children will think that he won’t, and worry that he will feel inferior. If he goes to his heart, it will cause psychological burden. It’s hard to say, mainly now everyone reports, and there is no way." In Xiao Yu’s view, this hard work has just begun … …

"Go training for ten days costs 2,800 yuan, thinking class is held once a week, 340 yuan class is held once a week, swimming class is held for ten classes for 2,000 yuan, painting is held twice a week, and the custody class is held in 760 yuan for one day, from 8 am to 4 pm." Six-year-old Kiki ushered in her first summer vacation in primary school. Kiki’s mother arranged four training classes and a custody class for her.

In the face of the training class, Kiki did not resist. "The course is very interesting. Children are willing to go. It is more interesting to have children to play with in class than to be alone at home." Kiki’s mother usually goes to work, and there is no old man to take care of the children at home. Where can the children go without training classes?

For "If you don’t report to class, where will the children go?" This problem, Youyou’s mother also feels the same way.

"July 12th holiday, start school on September 1st. The rest of the time to see if there are any other training courses, if not, take them to work. "

  (Source: vision china)

Youyou is 9 years old, in the third grade, and has a very strong ability of independent learning. She usually practices calligraphy and pipa. This summer vacation, she took part in a whole brain education class. She attended classes from 9 am to 4 pm every day, and managed to eat and control, with a cost of 60,000 yuan for 10 days. Youyou’s mother said: "When I signed up for class, I really felt that the tuition was too expensive. At first, the children felt bored, but later they got involved and were more active than going to school every day. As long as the child is happy and can learn something, the money is not wasted. "

Youyou’s mother said frankly that the main reason is that no one looks after the children.

As one of the few parents who didn’t enroll their children in classes, Wang Li said, "The children should have a happy holiday. I took him to Beidaihe, Changbai Mountain and hulun buir grassland. The children themselves have summer homework, and then they take part in training classes. The children are too tired. Now there are many friends around to enroll their children in classes, but I don’t ask or inquire. If the children take the initiative to say that they want to attend training classes, maybe I will consider enrolling in classes. I insist on the principle of no compulsion or requirement."

According to statistics, among more than 60 families with different incomes in Beijing, more than 60% plan to spend 3,000 yuan to 5,000 yuan for their children in summer vacation, and nearly 70% of parents feel economic or psychological pressure on their children’s holiday consumption. Although the specific amount and range are related to the level of economic development in different regions, the "pressure index" can explain the problem more or less.

What are all the various classes teaching?

The 10-day, 60,000-yuan whole-brain education class puts forward photographic memory. As the name implies, "a page of a book is like taking a photo, and you will remember it". The staff pointed out that this course can awaken the brain’s potential.

  (Source: vision china)

In addition to the training courses of whole brain education, there are various training courses in the market, such as "diligent thinking class", "sensitive learning class" and "innovative class".

According to CCTV Finance, in a training institution in Beijing, the customer service staff said that if you want to sign up your children for the third grade summer math training class, the classes that started in July are basically full, and the last few places are almost won. After visiting a number of training institutions, I learned that the classes of subject training are basically full. According to the staff of the training institutions, many parents have already reported summer training courses to their children two months ago, and the registration for autumn training courses has started now.

In 2018, the General Office of the State Council issued the Opinions on Standardizing the Development of Off-campus Training Institutions, which clearly stipulated that the training contents of Chinese, mathematics, English and other disciplines carried out by off-campus training institutions should not exceed the corresponding national curriculum standards. However, during the interview, the reporter found that many training institutions are still conducting illegal training.

When consulting a training institution for courses suitable for third-grade students, the staff recommended several classes of English and mathematics to reporters, and said that the students who took classes here had always achieved good results in mathematics. "There used to be the Olympic Cup, and the prize was in the top few. Now we are not allowed to talk about the Olympics, but we are still biased towards the Olympics. "

When the reporter said that he still wanted to study the on-campus courses, the staff of the training institution provided a plan to finish the next semester’s courses within half a month. "More than ten classes, less than twenty classes, if the degree is good, you can almost learn the fourth grade content again. Most students report to the training class to learn the content of the next semester in advance. If they don’t report to the class, they will be left behind by their classmates. "

Pursuing "what education should look like"

In fact, starting from February 2018, the Ministry of Education will carry out special governance actions for off-campus training institutions with relevant departments. After more than a year of governance, unlicensed training institutions with potential safety hazards have been effectively managed, and most unregistered institutions have also been brought under supervision. However, the training that exceeds the standard has been repeatedly banned. In the interview, some parents said that the reason why they signed up their children for these advanced training courses is not only the consideration of expanding their thinking and improving their ability, but also the uncertainty of the entrance policy.

Song Shaowei, executive director of the R&D Center for Quality Education of Tsinghua University Humanities College, said: "Don’t let children’s cultural lessons be completed in the training class, but give them to the classroom. Some of our educational resources today are still insufficient. We should help our children to establish a learning system suitable for them. "

Lv Yugang, director of the Department of Basic Education of the Ministry of Education, said: "Resolutely cut off the behavior of linking enrollment in primary and secondary schools with off-campus training, improve the teaching quality of primary and secondary schools, so that students can learn better and learn more at school, so as not to be unable to solve learning problems at school, but also to do compensatory training outside the school."

In view of the problem of summer class enrollment fever, CCTV reporter interviewed Xiong Bingqi, an educational scholar and vice president of 21st century Institute of Education. He believed that to control the training fever, first of all, we must govern education according to law, standardize the operation of training institutions, and secondly, guide parents’ training needs, which requires the reform of education evaluation system on the basis of standardizing institutions’ running schools. Simply put, one is to manage supply, and the other is to manage demand.

Parallel Intelligence and Metauniverse

Parallel Intelligence and Metauniverse

Feiyue Wang

Metauniverse: Conceptual Research and System Conception is a useful work on the exploration of Metauniverse, which is very helpful to stimulate everyone’s imagination of Metauniverse, which is the origin and essence of Metauniverse.

Since the second half of 2020, people have been asking me about metauniverse, especially the relationship between metauniverse and parallel intelligence. When Zuckerberg announced that his social networking site "Facebook" had changed its name to "Meta" on the eve of Halloween last year, MetaUniverse suddenly became a worldwide hot word, followed by "Trick or Treat" ("Flying Pig" or "Cutting Leeks" again)? "Hope or Hype"? "What exactly is Metauniverse?" Wait for all kinds of questions. I believe this book will help to answer such questions.

I once said that the Meta of the Meta universe is the meta of Metaphysics. Therefore, the essence of Metauniverse is "metaphysics", and its actual function is to stimulate everyone’s imagination and innovation ability. Therefore, not everyone should have their own meta-universe, but everyone should have their own dream of the meta-universe of the Arabian Nights.

"The Metaphysical means the Tao, while the physical means the device" is China’s ancient philosophical thought, but today’s meta-universe, DAO of blockchain, and various "device-like" ideas and algorithms of intelligent technologies, from Wiener’s Cybernetics to Cyberspace, from AI to deep learning, and from shadow system to parallel intelligence, have transformed this philosophical thought into technical requirements and engineering systems, as shown in the figure.

Parallelism and Metauniverse: "TRUE" and "Daoism" Towards a Smart Society

Western Bible "New Testament"? The first sentence at the beginning of the Gospel of John is "In the beginning, there was a Tao, and the Tao was with God". The forty-two chapters of China’s classic Laozi’s Tao Te Ching begin with "Tao gives birth to one, one life to two, two lives to three, and three lives to all things". The combination of the two just "metaphysically" depicts the inevitable process of intelligent technology in the future: 1) Tao in the early days, and Yuan Yuan in the early days, is the "circular causality" theory that gave birth to Cybernetics. DAO of blockchain and Meta of meta-universe are integrated into technology through the idea of "TRUE DAO". Put forward specific requirements for the trustworthiness, reliability, usability, Effective/Efficient efficiency of "TRUE", as well as the level and function of "DAO" (distributed/all-centered, automatic/autonomous, organization/action); 2) Dao Sheng Yi is the specific natural system and problem that we must face; 3) Lifetime two is the boundary and "small data" that we must face at the beginning of solving problems; 4) Two students give birth to three, that is, our "big data" generated by experience, models, "experiments", especially "computational experiments"; 5) All things are all kinds of targeted "deep intelligence" extracted from big data by intelligent methods; 6) All these, from the organization and action of the process of "small data-big data-deep intelligence", are attributed to "yuan",It must have its correspondence in the "meta-universe", so that the virtual and the real are unified and interact in parallel. Therefore, the parallel intelligent method based on ACP (Artificial Society, Computational Experiment, Parallel Execution) is inevitable, which integrates robot, blockchain and intelligent technology, changes the means of production, production relations and productivity, and enters a new stage of human social development.

The essence of all this is to try to transform the Attention and credit that could not be commercialized in the past due to the Miller number of individual cognitive ability and Dunbar circle of social cognitive capacity into new products that can be mass-produced and circulated on a large scale. This is the reason and motivation for us to study Metauniverse. We believe that if the correct meta-universe model succeeds, it will revolutionize the category of economic commodities. At the same time, it can also greatly expand the ways to improve social benefits, and will certainly accelerate the process from the industrial age to the intellectual age.

Since the early 1980s, when the Monte Carlo method and Gaussian random field were used to study material defects, I had the honor to embark on the academic research of designing, analyzing, experimenting and verifying physical systems by means of calculation in Zhejiang University. In the early 1990s, the "shadow system" method of using models as data generators and visualization tools was proposed to NASA, which is today’s digital twin idea. At the beginning of this century, the philosopher of science Karl? Under the influence of Popper’s "Three Worlds" thought, the Academy of Sciences put forward "Parallel System" and its parallel intelligence, as well as the corresponding ACP method and CPSS (Cyber-Physical-Social Systems) concept. I have always hoped that these studies will give birth to a new industrial revolution, promote smart enterprises and smart products, and start with the smart home system that we can’t live without in our daily life. Therefore, at the first China Home Appliances Technology Conference held in Shanghai in 2000, I made a special trip back to China to make a conference report on home appliances, their interconnection and industrial revolution, and thought that the Internet would lead to the fourth industrial revolution, namely Industry 4.0, and OSGi would start the fifth industrial revolution, namely Industry 5.0. In the same year, in cooperation with Guangdong Kekelong Electric Appliance Group, Chinese Academy of Sciences and the University of Arizona, the international R&D center and startup company were set up. In 2000 and 2001, research and system development related to cloud computing and Internet of Things were carried out, and it was fortunate to publish the opening articles in parallel, ACP and CPSS fields. These experiences,Let me have different thoughts and understandings about digital twins and meta-universe, so I believe that the research and exploration shown in this book will further promote the development and application of intelligent technology.

Metauniverse was conceived in Cyberspace, born in the book Mirror World, and became famous by the novel Avalanche. In the west, due to its great influence in the early stage, it once attracted the attention of the notorious Uanibomer, causing bloody cases, and finally converging on today’s Web3 and blockchain intelligence. My hope is that in the East, through parallel intelligence, Metauniverse will evolve to Qian Xuesen’s "spirit realm" technology, with one less word in its name and by going up one flight of stairs in its connotation. In the end, the intelligent science and technology system, which is a trinity of "mirror, mirror and spiritual realm", has become a new science and technology that is not only more "Chinese", but also more human and better serves the good of mankind.

The Influence of ITSM ServiceDesk Plus on Digital Transformation

Digital transformation is a buzzword that every CIO and most senior managers are very concerned about. So, for all the publicity surrounding it, what is digital transformation and is it really happening?

Yes, it’s happening! With the passage of time, "digitalization" has become the driving force of enterprises. In the past few decades, many traditional industries have achieved success through digital transformation, such as Uber, who finally created value in their respective industries.

That is to say, IT and IT service management teams must be pioneers in realizing digital transformation in organizations. The role of IT team is to use existing technology to promote digitalization. Therefore, here are five ITSM trends and themes that we believe can help IT teams improve their digitalization efforts in 2022:

01 "Autopilot" based on artificial intelligence is the way forward

Ten years ago, self-driving cars were able to stop automatically with minimal human intervention, so that they could predict accidents and avoid them on the road. Thanks to artificial intelligence technologies such as machine learning and computer vision, self-driving cars provided an efficient and risk-free means of transportation for human beings.

But cars are not the only thing that can benefit from artificial intelligence. In 2022, automatic automation supporting artificial intelligence will make service desk management easier. Autonomy is any dynamic automation, which can learn from historical data and use real-time data for course correction. This is contrary to the current variant of static automation, which requires manual support at every stage. Automation includes automatic classification, prioritization and assignment of work orders. Sooner or later, these automations will perform transactions for end users, such as creating work orders and approving requests.

02 Is the robot suitable?

Gartner predicts that "by 2022, 25% of customer service operations will use virtual customer assistants or chatbots." We think the same trend also applies to IT service desks. Although chatbots have existed in our service desk for quite a long time, their role in request management has been very small.

With the rapid development of NLP technology, as shown by Google, virtual help desk assistant may soon replace manual work as the first contact point of help desk. In addition, they will be able to perform daily work order management activities, reducing many tedious tasks of the help desk team. For example, a user may report a lost or damaged mobile phone to a virtual service assistant and request to buy a new mobile phone in the same chat.

0ITSM Service Desk Plus is Uber in the "X" era.

Uber technology is used to connect taxi drivers and end users conveniently, which subverts the taxi industry. After Uber, other applications also appeared, providing a series of similar on-demand services for other industries.

However, more and more employees know about technology, which means that enterprises need to provide more than just basic technical services such as e-mail, WiFi and device configuration. IT teams should not limit employees to these basic services, but should be equipped to support newer, more technology-savvy employees who want to explore the benefits of technology. When IT departments are unable to meet the increasing technical needs of employees, they risk seeing more shadow IT activities from skilled users, who may have other ideas for solving work-related challenges.

In 2022, the service desk will play the role of "Uber in the field of science and technology" in enterprises. With the passage of time, the service catalogue in the service desk tool will become the technology market of enterprises. This market can support any service provided by it-approved applications on demand. Adopting this on-demand mode in 2022 will transform the help desk into a technology portal for enterprises.

Privacy, security and more regulations

Today’s service desks contain an amazing amount of personally identifiable information (PII)-usually more than we realize. This information includes the login id, IP address of the end users and the MAC address of the devices they use. Although laws like GDPR only protect EU citizens, there may be more regulations to protect global citizens in the future. If the help desk team hasn’t already done so, they should use 2022 to promote a privacy culture in their business to ensure that the digital journey takes place with minimal risk of data leakage or theft. This work will also be supplemented by ITSM suppliers who can:

Mark the end user data field as PII.

Encrypted data field

Anonymizing end-user data

05 framework is being updated.

IT has been nearly ten years since the last major ITIL update, so many people question the relevance of the old ITIL standard in the current IT environment. In recent years, technologies such as cloud computing, mobile, big data and Internet of Things have brought irreversible changes to enterprise operations, and also affected IT service management. In order to adapt to this developing technological environment, enterprises need to be lean and agile.

As predicted by many analysts, ITIL 4 may see the integration of ITSM processes, which make use of DevOps, Agile and Lean philosophy. New frameworks like VeriSM also claim to take a business-oriented approach to ITSM. The new additions and updates to these existing frameworks emphasize that IT is related to business, so as to be successful in the digital journey.

This spring, because of the new crown pneumonia, "Magic Capital" Shanghai encountered some problems. For a modern metropolis, in the face of stores and pharmacies, it is difficult to solve the problem of 25 million people to eat and see a doctor in the face of the closing of stores and pharmacies. Conservation has become a big thing.
A citizen living in Yangpu District, Shanghai said that she set up three different platforms to grab the food alarm clock every day: at 12 o’clock in the night, grabbing Sam or US cuisine, at 6 am, and 8 o’clock in the Hema. Nevertheless, she was always "not snatched." The daily greetings of people’s daily greetings are, "Today, have you grabbed the dishes?" The young people who were accustomed to shopping online were tossed online and tossed, and those who had not learned to use smartphones could only be Waiting for assistance.
At the press conference on April 16, Liu Min, deputy director of the Shanghai Municipal Commercial Committee, said that for some time, the problem of difficulty in shopping on online shopping in Shanghai was mainly because many takeaway riders were sealed in the community. Temporarily closed due to the requirements of epidemic prevention, which allows e -commerce to protect the supply ability. In addition, due to the upgrading of the epidemic situation in some places, the land transportation and logistics in some areas are not good, and some living and production materials are blocked on the road, which also affects Shanghai’s confession.
In order to send materials to the people, a company guaranteed enterprises to transfer 160 experienced and professional employees to support warehouse operations from Wuhan, Guangzhou, Shenzhen, Beijing, Kunming and other places. In this warehouse for enterprises, the reporter saw a truck sending vegetables. The packant was packed into a box after disinfection of vegetables and transferred to the delivery staff. There are many people who have been temporarily changed to join the delivery team. Some of them were online car drivers, some were driving a photography studio, and some people just came to Shanghai from Inner Mongolia to find a job, but happened to encounter the epidemic.
The rider who was trapped in the community also came out to solve the problem of "last mile". Although they were informed that they could not go back after being out of the community, they still chose to go to the streets to deliver life and medical supplies for citizens. The rider who could not solve the problem of accommodation had to sleep on the street at night. Now on the empty streets of Shanghai, they are the busiest people. They buy fruits, vegetables, meat, and medicines, take pets for pets, and then distribute them in time. On the street electric vehicles, various living materials bags are often hung.

Residents are actively helping themselves in places where the outside world guarantees cannot be reached.
Community group purchases have become an important way for self -rescue of civilians. In many communities in Shanghai, "egg group", "vegetable group", "fruit group" and "milk group" appeared. In a hotel in Minhang District, Chinese and foreign lives are "head" to help everyone buy different materials. The "head of the group" sought their own supply channels and delivery riders. When people grabbing food on the Internet failed, they could always try to get the goods.
In the mutual aid group of Caojiaxiang District, Putuo District, the "Easy Protective" that disappeared from modern daily life became a normal state. Someone took out coffee and wine and replaced vegetables and eggs. In the corridor of the community, people can often see the goods packed with various bags in front of a house. After a hungry resident for many days in the group for help, other residents and volunteers of Lou Dong sent food spontaneously.
At night, some small shops on the street will quietly open the rolling door. The citizens nearby take the time to do nucleic acid testing and go to the temporary grocery store to supplement their living materials. After the riders learned that there was a good news of a fruit shop, they rushed to the shop waiting for the list to buy fruit for customers. Other shops choose to close the door. After the citizen is paid online and down, the rider will be available to the store to pick up the goods.
Some people even start buying vegetables seeds online, planting vegetables on the balcony, or digging wild vegetables on the community. An Anhui person who is a driver in Shanghai all year round becomes a community volunteer. Every day, in addition to the medical staff who sent the medical staff of the Anhui medical team to and from the nuclear acid sampling point, he will also give the extra box lunch to the rental house, and then Fellows who can’t buy life materials. Wanderers on the street can occasionally eat their extra box lunch.

At the same time, Shanghai is also trying to restore capacity to promote commercial node outlets such as Datang and front warehouses in e -commerce platforms. On April 16, the press conference of the Shanghai New Crown Pneumonia’s Epidemium Prevention and Control revealed that the Shanghai e -commerce platform has been restored to 42 business. 779 are restored before the immune -related warehouse, and the number of takeaway rides is more than 18,000. The daily delivery single volume is about 1.8 million orders.
On April 20, some media learned from the Shanghai Municipal Commercial Commission that "Shanghai Vegetable Insurance Supply of the Wholesale Business Transfer Station" was established in the Jiangqiao wholesale market, encouraging and supporting vegetable wholesale operation enterprises and operating households across the country to actively organize the supply of supply, through Jiangqiao The transit station is transferred to the Jiangqiao wholesale market transaction and continues to supply the Shanghai market. The long -lasting war of this confession is gradually getting out of the predicament under the investment of officials and folk forces.
